NAZARE arrives in France!

The Portuguese soap opera Nazaré — a SP Televisão production originally broadcast by SIC between September 9, 2019, and January 8, 2021 — arrived on July 24 in the catalog of TF1's streaming platform in France.

This new step reinforces the international reach of our fiction and marks an unprecedented projection in a strategic market. For the first time, national fiction, with a deeply Portuguese and emotional narrative, is officially broadcast by TF1 in France — a true recognition of its creative quality.

The presence on the French platform was made possible thanks to the work of our distributor Ampersand and the fact that Nazaré had already been dubbed into French for broadcast in French overseas territories.

Nazaré follows the story of a determined young woman who is willing to do anything to save her mother's life, facing challenges that alter the fate of several families.

In Portugal, the soap opera achieved impressive ratings, with peaks of over 30%, especially during the first season. Nazaré continues to reach Portuguese audiences through late-night broadcasts on SIC.

This project has been sold to more than 125 countries, reaching audiences in regions such as the Balkans, Latin America, MENA, Africa, and Asia.
