SP Televisão invited to the 2nd edition of the Do Filme à Série meetings

On 7 October, as part of the French Film Festival, the Institut Français de Portugal organised the second edition of the Do Filme à Série meetings in Lisbon.

Curated by Carole Desbarats, artistic director of the Rencontres nationales du Havre sur les séries, these meetings reflect the growing recognition of the art of series by the public, industry, and academic circles, with the main objective of exploring the shifts and transformations that the series format introduces into the cinematographic and audiovisual universe.

Focusing on the role of the producer in the development and monitoring of scriptwriting, while also exploring, among other effects of series, their influence on real life, this year's edition was attended by Inês Gomes, on the Screenwriters Among Themselves panel, and Pedro Lopes, on the New Golden Triangle panel, both representing SP Televisão
