The project BYTE – Bridging Young Talent and Entrepreneurship in the Film and Audio-Visual Industries has been selected in the first Education Call for Master’s & PhD Modules promoted by EIT Culture & Creativity, a European initiative aimed at strengthening education and talent development within the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries.

Coordinated by Universidade Lusófona, with SP Televisão as an industry partner, the BYTE module is part of an international network of academic institutions and European audiovisual industry partners. Its objective is to equip new professionals with entrepreneurial and technological skills to address the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector, marked by the development of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and new models of content production and distribution.

This collaboration reinforces SP Televisão’s role as one of the most prominent production companies in the Portuguese audiovisual landscape, recognized for the quality of its productions and its consistent presence in international markets. By engaging in academic initiatives and advanced training projects with a European dimension, the company actively contributes to preparing new generations of professionals and strengthening the creative ecosystem.

SP Televisão’s involvement in the BYTE project also highlights the company’s commitment to supporting and collaborating with educational institutions, students, and projects in the audiovisual field, promoting knowledge transfer and the development of emerging talent. This focus on training and innovation further consolidates the producer’s position as a reference for credibility, experience, and recognition in the audiovisual market, both nationally and internationally.
