Among the cast members present were leading actresses Maria João Bastos and Sofia Alves, who addressed guests, sharing their enthusiasm and pride in being part of PÁGINAS DA VIDA. The event was also attended by Soraia Chaves, Paulo Rocha, Evandro Gomes, Filipe Vargas, Lourenço Ortigão, Madalena Almeida, Manuela Couto, Adriano Luz, Renato Godinho and João Reis, among others. PÁGINAS DA VIDA unfolds an emotionally charged narrative where love, guilt and family secrets shape the destinies of its characters. The story begins in Rio de Janeiro and follows Nanda (Madalena Almeida), a young exchange student who falls in love with Leo (Lourenço Ortigão). Their romance is abruptly interrupted when Leo returns to Portugal, unaware that Nanda is pregnant, leaving her alone and emotionally vulnerable.
Without her partner’s support and fearful of her family’s reaction, Nanda faces her pregnancy in silence. The conflict intensifies upon her return to Portugal, where she encounters rejection from her mother, Marta (Maria João Bastos), finding unconditional support only in her father, Alex (Filipe Vargas). A violent confrontation leads to a serious accident that sends Nanda to hospital, triggering a chain of dramatic events that reshape the course of the story.
With a strong ratings debut and a high-profile cast, PÁGINAS DA VIDA positions itself as one of SIC’s flagship dramas for the year, reinforcing its partnership with SP Televisão and confirming the audience’s appetite for emotionally driven, character-led storytelling.
