SP Televisão Welcomes Media For Europe and Impresa Delegation

The SPTV Group, which comprises SP Televisão and SPi, welcomed senior executives from Media For Europe (MFE) and Impresa to its facilities on September 25, providing an opportunity to showcase the scale, expertise and operational capabilities behind some of its most successful Portuguese and international fiction productions.

The delegation was welcomed by António Parente, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jorge Marecos, Board Member, João Pedro Lopes, CEO and Jorge Silvério, Chief Of Staff of Grupo Madre. The visit was led by Sofia Moura, Chief Operations & Business Officer.

Representing Impresa were Francisco Pedro Balsemão, Ricardo Costa, Vanessa Tierno, Daniel Oliveira and Ana Senco Costa, alongside senior MFE representatives Massimiliano Ventimiglia, Michele Giraudo, Giacomo Pletti, Sandro Costa and Eugenio Fernández.

During the studio tour, the delegation gained first-hand insight into the Group’s integrated production model and the full scope of its creative, technical and operational capabilities. From script development through to final post-production, SPTV oversees the entire production value chain, ensuring creative consistency and high production standards throughout every stage of a project.

The executives also had the opportunity to visit the set of DESTINO MAIOR during filming and to see the sets currently under construction for AVENIDA PORTUGAL, while learning more about the technical expertise, infrastructure and logistics that support the Group’s productions.

The visit further strengthened the relationship between the SPTV Group and Impresa, while creating an opportunity to explore new areas of collaboration with Media For Europe, Impresa’s new shareholder.
